Frequently asked questions
Where is AluMoq with carpet insert best used?
It is designed for indoor areas with heavy foot traffic: entrances to offices, hotels, shopping centres, schools, hospitals and public buildings in general. Fit it in entrance lobbies, foyers and doorways, wherever it is essential to trap dirt, dust and grit before they are carried inside.
Is it available made to measure or only in standard sizes?
AluMoq with carpet insert is available both in standard sizes and made to measure, with dimensions configurable from 40 to 5000 cm per side. This makes it suitable for any doorway or lobby, including unusual architectural dimensions.
How is the final price calculated?
The price starts from €319 and is calculated dynamically according to the dimensions you choose (side A and side B), the thickness, the insert colour and any perimeter profiles or edging you add. The system gives you an exact total as you configure the mat, both excluding VAT and including VAT at 22%.
Which colours are the carpet inserts available in?
The inserts come in four colours: black, brown, grey and beige. You can choose the shade that best suits the look of the installation area during product configuration.
How do I clean and maintain AluMoq with carpet insert?
For routine care, simply vacuum the carpet inserts regularly. For a deeper clean, the inserts can be removed from the frame and washed with water and a pH-neutral detergent, making sure they are completely dry before refitting. The aluminium frame can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent; avoid abrasive or aggressive products.
