It is ideal for fixed individual workstations in industrial, trade and retail settings: assembly lines, workbenches, checkouts, reception desks and laboratories. Thanks to its perforated surface, it is also particularly well suited to areas with metal swarf, debris or damp underfoot.
What sizes is the mat available in?
The COBAmat® Workstation comes in three standard sizes: 60x120 cm, 100x150 cm and 120x180 cm. Bespoke sizes are not available, so simply choose the format that best fits the working area around your workstation.
How effective is it at preventing slips, both of the mat and of the operator?
The non-slip backing keeps the mat firmly in place on the floor, preventing accidental movement during use. Slip resistance for the operator is certified to DIN 51130, ensuring a high level of safety even in damp areas or where process residues are present.
How is it cleaned and maintained over time?
Maintenance is straightforward: simply vacuum or brush regularly to remove dust and debris, or wash with water and a neutral detergent. Avoid harsh solvents and check the condition of the non-slip base from time to time to make sure safety performance is maintained.
What is the difference between the LIGHT and HEAVY models?
