The Fluted Anti-Fatigue mat is designed exclusively for dry indoor environments. Its PVC surface offers only limited resistance to oils and chemicals, so it is not recommended for areas where aggressive solvents or liquids are frequently present. For wet areas or workplaces with constant oil exposure, please get in touch and we will help you find the right solution.
Can I order it made to measure to fit a workstation with unusual dimensions?
Yes, the Fluted Anti-Fatigue mat is available made to measure as well as in the standard sizes of 90×60 cm, 150×90 cm and 300×90 cm. The roll can be purchased by the linear metre up to a maximum length of 15.3 m, with a fixed width of 90 cm. For specific requirements, contact us and we will work out the best configuration for you.
How is it cleaned and how easy is it to maintain in an industrial setting?
Maintenance is very straightforward: simply brush the surface or go over it with a damp mop or cloth. Because it is loose laid without adhesives, the mat can be lifted quickly so you can clean the floor underneath as well. Avoid prolonged contact with aggressive solvents, as these may damage the PVC surface.
Do the bevelled edges really cope with trolley and pallet truck traffic without shifting?
The ramped edges are designed precisely to allow trolleys and pallet trucks to roll across easily without having to remove the mat, while also eliminating any trip hazard for staff. Loose laying keeps the mat stable in normal use, and where traffic is particularly heavy it can simply be repositioned in seconds.

The Fluted Anti-Fatigue mat has a total thickness of 12.5 mm, combining a firm anti-slip surface with a cushioning PVC foam base, and weighs 7.69 kg/m² for solid performance under continuous load. This twin-layer construction is engineered to noticeably reduce fatigue in the feet, legs and lower back during long hours standing on hard floors such as concrete or steel.
