Is the Fatigue Step Nitrile suitable for floors exposed to oils and coolants?
Yes, that is exactly what it was designed for. Nitrile rubber offers chemical resistance to oils, emulsions and common industrial coolants, while the perforated surface drains liquids away immediately, keeping the standing area dry and safe.
How does the modular system work? Do I need tools or adhesive to install it?
The 90x90 cm tiles simply interlock together with no tools or adhesives required: just clip the panels into one another. This lets you cover individual workstations or large areas and reconfigure the layout in a matter of minutes.
Can I buy the bevelled edges separately, or are they included with the tile?
The high-visibility perimeter strips are already built into the tile and available in yellow or black. The bevelled edge ramps, which remove the step onto the floor and improve visual marking, are an optional accessory sold separately.
How do I clean and maintain it over time?
Routine cleaning is carried out with water and neutral detergents: the perforated surface makes thorough rinsing easy. Individual tiles lift out effortlessly so you can clean the floor underneath, and if one is damaged you simply replace that single tile without dismantling the whole area.
