Frequently asked questions
Is AluDry Outdoor suitable for private residential entrances too, or is it designed for commercial use only?
It suits both. It is used with excellent results at the entrances of commercial buildings, hotels and industrial sites, as well as by homeowners looking for a professional-grade outdoor mat for terraces, porches or front doors.
Can I order it in the exact size of my entrance?
Yes, AluDry Outdoor is made to measure, from a minimum of 40x40 cm up to very large sizes, so it fits any space perfectly. Simply specify the width and length you need when placing your order.
Which colours are available and how do I choose the right one?
The mat is available with three insert colours: Black, Grey and Brown. The choice mainly depends on the look of the surrounding area; if you are unsure which option best suits your setting, get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
How is it cleaned and how easy is routine maintenance?
Maintenance is very straightforward: for dry dirt, simply shake the mat out, while for a deeper clean wash it with water and, if needed, an ordinary detergent. After washing, leave it to air dry before putting it back in place.
Does the anti-slip backing work on wet surfaces or in the rain?
Yes, the backing is specifically designed to provide stability and grip even on wet surfaces, making the mat safe to use in any weather. The synthetic fibre is also resistant to moisture and UV rays, so it keeps its shape and colour over time even with constant exposure to the elements.
