Which working environments is Comfort-Lok suitable for?
Comfort-Lok is designed for industrial and commercial environments involving long periods of standing: assembly lines, workbenches, professional kitchens and food production areas. Thanks to its resistance to oils, greases and liquids, it is ideal anywhere there is a risk of slipping or where hard floors cause operator fatigue.
Can I cover a long workstation or do I have to buy a single mat?
The interlocking modular system of Comfort-Lok lets you connect multiple tiles in any direction, with no length restrictions. Each tile measures 80×70 cm and links to the next without adhesive, so you can cover individual workstations or entire production lines simply by ordering the number of pieces you need.
How do I clean Comfort-Lok? Do I need any special products?
Cleaning is very straightforward: a wash with pressurised water is all it takes. The diamond-pattern surface and solid rubber make it easy to remove dirt, grease and food residue without harsh detergents. Individual tiles can be lifted out and washed separately for even more thorough hygiene.
How much does one tile cost and how does the price change with the configuration?
The base price is €49.00 per tile. If you wish to add options such as edging, finishing ends or central interlocking pieces, each accessory costs an additional €49 per tile, up to a maximum of €98.00 per configured piece. For a quotation on larger quantities, please contact us directly.
Is Comfort-Lok safe on wet or greasy floors? Is there a risk of slipping?
Yes, slip resistance is certified to DIN 51130 with an R10 rating, suitable for environments with grease, oils, water and food residue. The diamond-pattern surface provides solid underfoot grip even in the most demanding working conditions.
