How is the logo printed and how long does it last?
The logo or artwork is printed directly onto the coir fibre surface, giving good legibility and a neat finish. To protect the print over time, we recommend placing the mat in an area sheltered from direct rain and avoiding washing with large amounts of water.
How long does it take to receive the personalised mat?
Delivery takes approximately 7 working days. As this is a made-to-measure product with bespoke printing, we recommend contacting us to confirm lead times for your chosen configuration.
How do I clean and care for this coir mat?
For routine cleaning, simply shake or beat the mat to remove dry dirt, or run over it with a vacuum cleaner. For a deeper clean, brush it with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent, avoiding large amounts of water on the printed area. It must not be machine washed.
Is this mat suitable for an outdoor entrance?
It is suitable for sheltered outdoor areas protected from the weather, such as canopies or porches. Prolonged direct exposure to rain may damage the print and the fibre over time, so we do not recommend placing it in completely uncovered areas.
