Disponibile in tappetini 60x90 cm e 90x150 cm, rotoli 90 cm x 18,3 m e 120 cm x 18,3 m o al metro lineare, in Nero o Nero/Giallo con bordo di sicurezza da 100 mm. Classe al fuoco Dfl-s1 secondo BS EN 13501-1, posa libera, garanzia 1 anno.

Which environments and tasks is the Orthomat® Diamond suitable for?
It is designed for anyone standing for long hours on concrete floors in dry indoor areas: assembly lines, workbenches, packing stations and light production areas. It is not suitable for damp, wet or outdoor environments.
Which sizes are available and can I buy it by the metre?
Yes: rolls are sold by the linear metre in 90 cm and 120 cm widths (up to 18.3 m), or you can choose pre-cut mats in 60×90 cm and 90×150 cm. For bespoke coverage, simply select the roll width and enter the number of linear metres you need.
Does it need adhesive or fixing to be installed?
No, the mat is loose-laid without adhesive and is ready to use straight away. If you prefer a permanent bond or work in more demanding conditions, compatible F.Ball adhesives are available – get in touch and we will advise which one suits your needs.
How is it cleaned and how long does it last?
Maintenance is very straightforward: simply sweep or mop the top surface. As it is loose-laid, the mat can be lifted easily to clean the floor underneath as well. It comes with a 1-year guarantee, provided it is used in dry conditions.
What is the difference between the Black and the Black/Yellow version?
The Black/Yellow version features 100 mm bright yellow edges, designed to highlight the boundaries of the working area and improve safety in industrial settings where workstations need to be clearly marked out. In terms of technical performance, the two models are identical.
