Which environments and workstations is the Orthomat® Premium suitable for?
It is ideal for production lines, assembly areas, packing stations, workbenches and sales counters — anywhere staff stand for long periods or move frequently along the workstation. It is designed for dry indoor areas only and is not suitable for outdoor use or for areas exposed to water and constant moisture.
Can I order it cut to size, or are only standard sizes available?
Yes. In addition to the standard sizes (60×90 cm, 90×150 cm and 90×365 cm), the mat is supplied on the roll and can be cut to any running length in widths of 60 cm, 90 cm and 120 cm, so you can cover workstations of any length. How do I clean and maintain the Orthomat® Premium?
Maintenance is very straightforward: simply brush it regularly or go over the top surface with a dry or slightly damp mop. The PVC foam resists most commonly used chemicals, which makes cleaning easy even in industrial environments.
Does the mat need to be glued down, or can it be loose laid?
It is simply loose laid with no adhesive required, so it is easy to position, move or relocate as your workstation changes. The bevelled edges all round help keep it stable and reduce the risk of tripping as people move around.
What warranty comes with the product and which colours are available?
The Orthomat® Premium is covered by a 2-year warranty for dry indoor use and is available in Black, Black/Yellow, Green and Blue, so it can also meet visual safety marking requirements or match company colour schemes.
