Frequently asked questions
Is CobaDeluxe also suitable for wet areas or where liquids are spilled on the floor?
Yes. Thanks to the integrated 13 mm and 24 mm drainage holes and the circular pattern surface, CobaDeluxe drains liquids away quickly, keeping the walking surface safe underfoot. It is suitable for both dry and wet environments, such as laboratories, production areas and workbenches.
Can I order it in a size other than the standard one?
Yes. CobaDeluxe is available in the standard 150×100 cm size or cut to measure from 1×1 cm, including large formats to cover extensive areas. Please contact us directly for a made-to-measure quotation.
Can I use it in a workshop or an environment where oils and greases are present?
No, CobaDeluxe is not suitable for areas where grease or mineral oils are present. In those situations, mats specifically designed for oily conditions are the better choice; get in touch with us for advice on the most suitable product for your needs.
How is it cleaned and how easy is it to maintain?
Cleaning is very straightforward: simply hose it down or use a pressure washer, with no special detergents required. It is important to avoid contact with solvents, greases and mineral oils, which could damage the material.
Can I cover a larger workstation by linking several mats together?
Yes. CobaDeluxe features a modular system that allows multiple sections to be joined using dedicated connectors, adapting to areas of any size. Optional bevelled edges are also available to eliminate any trip hazard around the perimeter of the layout.
