What is the difference between the standard and the Safety version?
The standard version is all black and suits general indoor workstations. The Safety version features bright high-visibility yellow borders and is designed for areas where the workstation needs to be clearly marked out to reduce the risk of accidents.
Where can the Orthomat® Dot be used?
It is suitable for dry indoor areas only, such as assembly lines, workbenches and packing stations. It is not recommended for wet or damp areas, or for outdoor use.
Is it available in bespoke sizes or only in the standard formats?
The mat is currently supplied in the standard 90×60 cm and 150×90 cm sizes. If you need a different size, please contact our customer service team and we will look at the options available.
How do I clean and maintain the anti-fatigue mat?
Cleaning is quick and straightforward: simply use standard wet cleaning methods, with no special equipment needed. As the mat is loose laid, it can easily be lifted and moved aside so you can clean the floor underneath.
Does the bevelled edge really help prevent trips?
Yes. The 100 mm bevelled safety edge creates a gradual transition between the mat and the floor, reducing the risk of tripping while working. This makes it safe to use even in areas with heavy foot traffic.
