Frequently asked questions
Can I order the mat in the exact size of my entrance?
Yes, the mat is made to measure from 20×20 cm upwards and is also available in large formats for extensive areas. Simply provide your required dimensions when ordering, or contact us for help choosing the most suitable size.
Can I have my company logo printed on the mat?
Yes, the perimeter border can be personalised with company logos, text, artwork or decorative patterns. It is the ideal solution for shops, hotels, offices and any business looking to enhance its entrance with a polished branding element.
How do I clean and look after a coir fibre mat?
Simply shake it out regularly to release deep-seated dirt and vacuum it from time to time. It is important to avoid standing water and prolonged exposure to direct rain: positioning the mat in a sheltered spot or under a canopy will significantly extend its lifespan.
Is this mat suitable for a busy entrance, such as a shop or hotel?
Yes, natural coir fibre is inherently resistant to abrasion and daily wear, with excellent scraping power that traps dirt, mud and debris. It is designed precisely for high-traffic environments such as retail outlets, hospitality venues, offices and public spaces.
What are the lead times and delivery arrangements for a made-to-measure product?
As this is a made-to-measure product with optional border personalisation, production and delivery times may vary. We recommend contacting us directly for precise information based on the specifications of your order.
