Frequently asked questions
Where can I use the COMFORTroll matting roll?
COMFORTroll is ideal for commercial kitchens, livestock buildings, stables, wash-down areas, changing rooms, workshops and poolside surrounds. Thanks to its resistance to extreme temperatures from -20°C to +160°C and to the weather, it suits both indoor and outdoor high-traffic areas.
What size is the roll and can I order a made-to-measure length?
The roll is 100 cm wide, 9.30 m long and 10 mm thick, with a dimensional tolerance of ±5%. The product is supplied as a full roll; if you need a cut-to-size length, please get in touch with us directly.
How do I clean and maintain COMFORTroll over time?
Cleaning is very straightforward: simply vacuum it or wash it down with water and a pressure hose. The drainage holes allow liquids to run away and the mat to dry quickly, keeping it hygienic over the long term even in areas that are washed down frequently.
How is the roll installed? Does it need adhesive or special fixings?
COMFORTroll is loose-laid, with no need for adhesives or special fixings. Just unroll it over the chosen surface: its weight (7.5 kg per linear metre) and rubber construction keep it firmly in place.
Is the material resistant to oils, chemicals or industrial cleaning products?
The 100% rubber construction offers good mechanical and weather resistance. For specific information on chemical resistance to particular substances (oils, solvents, aggressive detergents), please contact us so we can provide the technical data best suited to your application.
